Are your macarons gluten-free?
Yes, the macarons are naturally gluten-free, but they are not made in a designated gluten-free kitchen.
Can I order any flavor macaron in any amount?
Yes! Any flavors can be ordered in any amount - big or small. Looking for a six piece box with six different flavors? No problem!
How long do the macarons last?
Our macarons are best for up to 5 days if stored in the refrigerator. They can also be frozen in an airtight container for up to two weeks, if needed.
How large are the macarons?
Our macarons are handmade and range from 1.75-2 inches in diameter.
Can your macarons be shipped?
We are currently only shipping during the winter holiday season. Feel free to call or email for shipping info!
Can I customize macarons for my wedding/event?
Certainly! We love working with clients to create the perfect dessert for their wedding/event. From custom shell color and design to custom flavors, the options are almost endless!
How far in advance do I need to order?
If you are looking for specific macaron flavors, a notice of 3 full business days is needed. There are times we may be able to accommodate on a shorter notice, so it never hurts to contact us and ask!
How many macarons should I order for my event?
We typically suggest 2-3 macarons per person.
Are your macarons and cookies made from scratch?
Yes! Everything we make is from scratch. We even go as far as to hand pick strawberries during peak season and preserve them for the strawberry macaron filling. The only filling that isn't made by us is our Nutella macaron filling - because, well, sometimes you just can't compete with the deliciousness that is Nutella.
Do your macarons contain nuts?
Yes, all of our macarons contain almonds in the form of almond flour. Other nuts that are also used in select flavors are pistachios, pecans, hazelnuts, and peanuts.
Do your macarons contain dairy?
Yes, all of our macaron fillings have some sort of dairy product in them. In the past, we have made some that were dairy free. If this is something you are looking for, please give us a call or send us an email and we are happy to work with you!
Why are you only open for walk-ins on Fridays?
We have transitioned into more of an "order based" schedule. We find that it is of greater benefit to the customer in that you will be getting the flavors and amounts you are looking for instead of making the trip just to find we are almost sold out! I still wanted you as a customer to be able to pop in and pick up some macarons without notice on Fridays while at the same time balance baking time for the growing number of special orders as well as staying home with my baby boy a few days a week. My family is so important to me and having time to spend with my husband and son is what keeps me going! The only employees we have are myself (Karli) and my mom, Mary. This schedule allows us to better serve our customers wishes as well as maintain a production schedule that will keep in line with the product quality we are looking to achieve.
Can I schedule an order pick-up?
Yes, definitely. Scheduling an order pick-up is as easy as giving us a call or email and letting us know what you are looking for!
Our designated order pick-up days are Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays - by pick-up appointment.
Where are your macarons made?
Our macarons are made in our small shop in De Pere, WI.
Do you offer macaron making classes?
At this time, we do not offer macaron making classes.
