It started when I was young, growing up in a family of great at-home bakers.  My love for baking grew through culinary school and led me to The French Pastry School in Chicago.  During and after pastry school I had the honor of working at some wonderful bakeries where I learned skills only being in the industry can teach you.  


Everything I make is made from scratch with quality ingredients.  No shortcuts here.  Whether you order macarons or cookies, I can assure you that you will be receiving a top quality product.
